Brook trout is on the menu tonight! Quebec fish lovers are in for a treat thanks to the Lac-des-Écorces fish-breeding station. From Abitibi to Gaspésie, the station produces salmonids stocked in lakes and rivers. In the 1970s, it was even the most productive fish farm in the province. Even now, it remains the only facility capable of impregnating so many salmonids.
